Please visit one of our designated branches to apply for a Bank of Khartoum Visa Prepaid Card.
- An active account with Bank of Khartoum is required to apply for the Visa Prepaid Card.
- Complete the application form provided at the branch during your visit.
- Please ensure that the information you provide matches the details registered in your Bank of Khartoum account—especially your mobile phone number and email address.
- An initial deposit of USD 100 is required. From this amount:
- $40 will be deducted as a one-time card issuance fee.
- $5 will be deducted as a card loading fee.
- The card can be loaded and reloaded via cash deposit at any Bank of Khartoum branch.
- The card is valid for a period of one year, and the maximum allowable balance on the card is USD 10,000.
- Your Visa Prepaid Card will be issued and delivered to you on the same day at the branch.
Once your application is complete and your card has been issued, you can enjoy access to Visa services—whether shopping online or in-store, locally or internationally, via all Visa-supported platforms.
