How to Initiate a Transfer
In the transferring case:
- Visit the nearest branch offering the service.
- Present your ID card or passport.
- Choose the destination country and the transfer amount.
- Receive the transfer number (MTCN) to share with the recipient.
In the receiving case:
- Visit the nearest branch offering the service.
- Provide the transfer number (MTCN) and a valid ID or passport.
- Confirm the sender’s details and the transfer amount.
- Collect your money instantly.
