Announcement of Nomination for Membership of the Board of Directors of Bank of Khartoum
We are pleased to inform you that Bank of Khartoum is in the process of arranging the 93rd Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting for the purpose of electing a new Board of Directors for the term 2026–2029. The date of the General Assembly Meeting will be announced at a later time.
Accordingly, we invite all shareholders who wish to nominate themselves for membership of the Board of Directors, or to serve as a representative of the minority shareholders, and who meet the eligibility requirements listed below, to submit their nomination applications to the Secretary of the Board of Directors at the current office of the Board Secretariat located in:

Applications should be submitted during official working hours.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
The nominee must not be a member of the Board of Directors of any other bank or financial institution in which Bank of Khartoum does not hold a shareholding.
The nominee must not hold an executive position in any bank or financial institution, except for financial institutions in which Bank of Khartoum has an ownership interest.
The nominee must possess the required competence, experience, knowledge of financial and economic affairs, and an appropriate educational background.
The nominee must not have been declared bankrupt, entered into a settlement with creditors, been classified as a defaulting, delinquent, or prohibited customer, or failed to meet obligations toward any bank.
The nominee must not have been convicted of any crime involving dishonesty, breach of trust, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any related offense or suspicion.
Acceptance of nominations is subject to obtaining approval from the Central Bank of Sudan after meeting all regulatory requirements and governance standards.
Final appointment to the Board of Directors is subject to approval by the General Assembly of Shareholders.
Submission Period
Shareholders are advised that nomination applications may be submitted within two weeks from the date of publication of this announcement in the local newspapers and on the Bank's official website.
